I’m very curious about QA at Basecamp—and in general—since I’ve never worked with QA.

In my experience it makes sense that it’s the “producers” job assure that things work. However, that is a lot of work on any product that isn’t tiny.

Anywho, I’d love to see a post on QA at Basecamp and how that fits into the bigger picture of things.
