Hi Nathan Kontny, though I don’t doubt one second that doing these interviews are hard and require lots and lots of practise.

I’m curious about your previous experience doing other kinds of customer interviews, and if you believe that would help.

I for one, learnt a lot from doing customer interviews with a UX designer a few years ago.
